What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including sterling silver, gold, precious and semi-precious stones and crystals. We ensure that all materials are ethically sourced and of the finest quality.

 

What is the production time of jewelry pieces?

Many of our pieces are made-to-order to ensure a perfect fit and personal touch. If you see Made To Order label above the price on the product detail page that means the processing time typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece. 

If there is no Made To Order label it means that item is In Stock and order processing time will take 1 - 3 business days before shipping.

Custom orders' processing time will depend on design and complexity, but usually takes 15-20 business days.

Can I order custom design?

Absolutely! I offer custom design and can modify existing pieces upon request. Send an email to mwj.mostwantedjewelry@gmail.com with your idea and I'll work with you to create a unique personalised piece. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, and these items are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that custom order will take 15-20 business days to produce as it is handmade item. 

 

How soon will my order arrive?

We offer worldwide shipping with various options. 

Depending on the location, your order can be delivered by different operators like USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, UkrPoshta, NovaPoshta, SEUR, Correos and other national postal operators. 

All orders will have tracking number and insurance.

Due to the ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine, all European customs  take more time as usual to process shipments and release them for further delivery:

  • Standard Shipping to the US takes 10-14 business days. 
  • Express Shipping to the US takes 5-7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping to the EU, UK takes 7-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping to the EU, UK takes 4-6 business days.
  • Express Shipping to the AU, CA takes 6-9 business days.
  • Standard Shipping to other countries takes 7-21 days depending on destination.

How to track my order?

You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be stressed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

For US orders - Standard shipping to the US goes through two stages: from the workshop to the warehouse in the US packages go with FedEx (first tracking number). After that they transferred to the USPS for final delivery with the second tracking number.
The website system doesn’t allow me to attach two tracking numbers for the order, so you are provided with the second (final) tracking number.
For this reason you may see a "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" status in the first week. Usually this means that your package is already on the way to the US.
If you want to track the whole way of the package, please send email to mwj.mostwantedjewelry@gmail.com and I’ll provide you with both tracking numbers.

 

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

All items in MostWantedJewelry shop are handmade. Depending on the complexity, it takes from 10 to 20 days to make your jewelry piece. Due to the nature of handmade and crafted goods, SALES ARE FINAL

Custom, engraved and personalised orders CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED unless there is a defect in the product.

Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about his/her/they personal measurements and choosing the correct size. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we will advise.

Should you require a repair, a resize, a replacement or be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me via email mwj.mostwantedjewelry@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

How can I choose my ring/necklace size?

We provide a detailed sizing charts and visual guide on our website to help you choose your size correctly. Alternatively, you can visit a local jeweler for precise sizing. But please don't hesitate to send an email to mwj.mostwantedjewelry@gmail.com if you have any questions along the way.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment security is our priority. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, ensuring a safe and seamless checkout process.

 

 

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.

 

What is the best way to contact?

How to cancel the order?

If you'd like to cancel an order, please be sure to request cancellation within the 24 hours after the purchase date. We will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made or already shipped.

 

How to change my order?

You can make changes to the your order within 24 hours after the purchase date. Please send a request by mail indicating the order number.

 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

  • Packages to the US up to $800 USD not charged with any taxes and duties.
  • Packages to CA are not charged with any taxes and duties.
  • Packages to AU up to 1000 AUD not charged with any taxes and duties.
  • Packages to EU are subject to import charges
