Refund Policy

At MostWantedJewelry, each item is meticulously handcrafted to order. The creation time varies from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the item's complexity. Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns are possible only if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item due to our error. We conduct thorough checks for any damages before shipping.

If our support team confirms that you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item due to an error on our part, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. This refund will be issued within 3-10 business days following the receipt of the returned parcel (shipment at our expense).

Should an item not fit as expected due to wrong size or other issue, we offer exchanges for resizing. Please visit Returns and Exchange Policy page and contact me via mwj.mostwantedjewelry@gmail.com for details on the process.

We don't refund:

  • custom design items;
  • used items;
  • engraved items;
  • sample sale items.

To ensure a clear understanding of our policies, please note the following scenarios where refunds cannot be issued:

  1. Unauthorized Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept forced returns or exchanges. To ensure proper handling and processing, please do not send items back without prior communication and agreement with us.

  2. Destroyed Shipments by Delivery Services: Packages that are destroyed by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or any other delivery services due to failed delivery or lack of response from the recipient are not eligible for refunds. We recommend being available to receive your package to avoid such issues.

  3. Incorrect Address or Package Rejection: In cases where a package is returned due to an insufficient address, rejection, or any reason not caused by our error, please contact us immediately. We will not automatically reship your order, and refunds are not available in these situations. Providing accurate shipping details and timely communication is crucial.

  4. Proof of Delivery: We cannot issue refunds for packages that have a confirmed proof of deliver. This includes delivery confirmation that verifies the item was delivered at a specific date and time, information that is accessible through the tracking system. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location and to retrieve the package once it has been delivered.

  5. Time Frame for Returns/Exchanges: All returns or exchanges must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. It is important that the items are returned in their original packaging.
