Shipping Policy

The delivery options are displayed at checkout

Depending on the location, our orders can be delivered by different operators like USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, UkrPoshta, NovaPoshta, SEUR, Correos and other national postal operators. 

All orders will have tracking number and insurance.

We have warehouse locations: Ukraine and Spain. Your order may be shipped from one of them depending on the item

Shipping from Ukraine in 2024

Delivery within Ukraine usually takes 1- 3 business days by UkrPoshta or NovaPoshta. 

International delivery from Ukraine takes 4 - 17 business days.

Due to the ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine, all customs take more time than usual to process shipments and release them for further delivery.

MostWantedJewelry is not responsible for delays and overall terms of delivery. This is something we can’t control.

 

Order tracking from Ukraine

You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

Standard shipping to the US goes through two stages and two tracking numbers: first - from the workshop to the warehouse in the US (with UPS) and the second - they are transferred to the USPS for final delivery.

Shopify doesn’t allow us to attach two tracking numbers for the order, so we always provide the second tracking number - the final one.
For this reason you may see a "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" status in the first week. Usually this means that your package is already on the way to the US.

If you want to track the whole way of the package, please email us and we’ll provide you both tracking numbers.



Shipping from Spain

At the time of full-scale war in Ukraine I currently live in Spain and produce custom  orders here, so most of Made to Order items will be shipped from Spain by local or international carriers. 

Delivery time and cost depends on your destination. Shipping calculations are made on check out page automatically, you can check it before placing an order.

You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

 

Production Time

Production time depends on the stock of chosen product. Due to the most of the products in my shop are handmade the order processing may very. Many of my pieces are made-to-order to ensure a perfect fit and personal touch. You can see Made To Order label above the price on the product detail page if that is the case. Please allow 7-15 business days for your Made to Order item to be made before shipping.

For In stock items - will take 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Custom orders' processing time will depend on design and complexity, but usually takes 15-20 business days.

Duties and Taxes

Please note the prices do not include any taxes or custom fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.  Some common information on taxes to different regions:

  • Packages to the US up to $800 USD not charged with any taxes and duties.
  • Packages to the EU are charged depending on the country of destination.
  • Packages to the CA are not charged with any taxes and duties.
  • Packages to Australia up to 1000 AUD not charged with any taxes and duties.

For information on taxes and duties in other specific countries please contact your local customs office or taxation authority.

 

Shipping sent back orders

  •  If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time and it was sent back to me, he/she would have to pay additionally for the second shipping. We will send it again only after payment;
  • If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to me and he/she refused to arrange the repeated shipping or we got no reply (within 60 days since we received it back), the order gets annulled with no refunds.

 

Please note:

  • We're not responsible for packages that has proof of delivery and/or signed. If you believe your package is missing, please contact delivery service directly and dispute a case with them;
  • Any packages destroyed by UPS, USPS, Fedex or any other delivery services due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded, please contact delivery service directly and ask for compensation;
  • Shipping costs are not refundable;
  • We don’t ship to Russia, Belarus, Serbia, Iran.
